October 7, 2019 - Pursuit of Happiness
Man this week has been so crazy but I won't go into too much detail just because it's boring so yeah. I had a tradeoff from monday to tuesday with Elder Jensen who's from hawaii and hes been out on his mission for a year. So that was good and we had fun. Wednesday we had district council so that was good. We had service at the beach helping some less active member move sand to her patio area because the hurricane washed all these shells up and so it was just straight shells instead of sand. Then she made us Chinese pizza, just pizza with Chinese food on top and it was disgusting so don't try it. Conference was amazing. I loved all the talks especially on happiness. I really liked the poem Elder Budge shared on how sorrow shakes off all the old yellow leaves to make room for new green leaves which represent happiness. I know that President Nelson is our living prophet and each time he speaks that is just proven once again.
I hope you all have a great week!
